Frequently Asked Questions

Can children attend? Yes, children ages 11-15, tickets are $10 on Friday night and $20 on Saturday. Children, age 10 and under, are free. Tickets are available at the box office at the event.

Do you sell alcohol? Yes, beer and wine. You purchase tickets from the ticket booth located next to the bar. Cash and cards accepted. No refunds for unused alcohol tickets.

When do alcohol sales stop? Alcohol ticket sales and serving stop at 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday.

Is there a shuttle? Yes, a free shuttle is provided from the parking/camping area to the box office gate. Shuttles run from <TBD> to <TBD>.

Is there a fee for parking? Yes, $5.00 per car and proceeds benefit local student organizations.

Can I bring in marijuana? In accordance with Colorado law, marijuana use will not be permitted at Spanish Peaks Music Festival. Marijuana is intended for private, personal use and such use is only legal in certain locations not open or accessible to the public.

In order for Spanish Peaks Music Festival to a successful annual event, we expect guests to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and emergency service providers; to be good neighbors to those who live and work in the area; to be kind and helpful to each other; and to obey laws and Festival rules including those that pertain to illegal drugs, marijuana, and alcohol. Uncooperative or persistent offenders will be removed from the venue and their wristbands will be revoked.

What CAN I bring into the festival?

  • Strollers
  • Disposable cameras
  • Small camera or phone with no detachable zoom lens or flash
  • Low-profile beach style chairs, regular lawn chairs or bag chairs (only to be placed in the designated chair area)
  • Empty water bottles or cups that are not glass (we will have free water stations to fill up at inside!)
  • Sunscreen (non-aerosol)

Are there any restrictions as to what I can bring into the venue? Attendees are NOT permitted to bring any of the items listed below into the venue:

  • Alcohol
  • Any beverages
  • Glass Bottles or Cans
  • Aerosol Cans
  • Zoom Lens Cameras
  • Coolers or Large Bags
  • Aerosol cans
  • Illegal Substances – Yes, this includes marijuana
  • Laser Pointers
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Recorders (audio or video)
  • Weapons
  • Fireworks
  • Umbrellas
  • Wagons
  • Drones – Drones are strictly prohibited from all of the festival grounds as well as campgrounds.
